Founded in 2024 by a Melbourne family turned proud Gold Coast locals — CapsuleAccom is a family-run hostel with a big heart and a clear mission: to help new arrivals find their feet in Australia.
The Gold Coast is a world-class city buzzing with opportunity, from world-famous beaches to the upcoming 2032 Olympic Games. With massive infrastructure projects underway and more than 300,000 migrant workers set to arrive, affordable accommodation has never been more in demand.

“We aim to bridge that gap by offering welcoming short-to-medium term housing as guests transition into life here,” says Ian. “Our focus is on creating a safe, structured environment for those starting their Australian adventure — and ensuring our mix of guests feel comfortable, supported, and part of a community.”
